How It Works
1. Inquiry
Tell me about the trip: who's going, what kind of experience you're after, and any dates or destinations already in mind.
2. Discovery Call
We talk through the details — budget, priorities, non-negotiables — so the plan reflects what actually matters to you, and I'll walk you through any applicable planning fees.
3. Proposal
I put together options: accommodations, transportation, activities, and pricing, built around value at every step.
4. Booking
Once approved, I handle the bookings and coordinate directly with hotels, cruise lines, or destination partners on the ground.
5. Pre-Trip Support
Documents, timelines, and anything you need before departure.
6. During & After
Clients lean on their on-the-ground support team throughout the trip. For emergencies, I'm reachable directly. Afterward, I'm available for anything that comes up post-travel.
